About The Role

• Collaborate with team members to deliver advanced NetSuite solutions that align with clients' business processes and IT needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of customized NetSuite solutions, including complex workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Develop and implement connectivity solutions using APIs and iPaaS tools like Celigo and Workato to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Shopify.
• Provide technical expertise in programming and gain exposure to accounting, financial consolidation, CRM, and other key business processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, configurations, and customizations to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand project scopes where possible, contributing to revenue growth.
• Contribute to internal improvements with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, actively participating in our growth and success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Coding bootcamp in Web Development is a strong asset.
• Relevant experience in ERP/IT implementation, with technical skills in areas like scripting, web services, and application development.
• Accounting and business background is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
