Product Manager

Overview

• Lead discovery phases to identify user needs and inform the product vision
• Participate in defining, prioritizing and managing the product roadmap
• Co-develop and deploy the product strategy in alignment with the Group's business objectives
• Drive product initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to deployment
• Collaborate closely with Tech, QA, Data and Design teams to ensure progress on initiatives
• Work in a triad with a Tech Lead and a Product Designer using a user-centered approach
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of product and business KPIs
• Measure the impact of features and experiments using data and A/B testing
• Gather requirements from various teams and formalize product recommendations
• Write EPICs, user stories and functional specifications
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on roadmap progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Product practices and the strengthening of a user-centric culture

Requirements

• You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Product Management
• You adopt a Product-Led Growth approach and focus on business impact
• You are comfortable with product discovery, user needs analysis and user-centered methodologies
• You make data-driven decisions and know how to define relevant success metrics
• You are recognized for your analytical mindset and ability to synthesize
• You enjoy cross-functional work and can collaborate with diverse profiles (Tech, Data, Design, Business)
• You are solution-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the Marketplace sector is a plus
• Proficiency in English is a plus
