Product-Led Lifecycle CRM Manager

Onoffapp is seeking a Lifecycle CRM Manager to own the user lifecycle and drive activation, engagement, retention and expansion across our B2B customer base. You will design automated journeys tied to product usage and user behavior, optimizing campaigns and experiments to improve activation and long-term value.
