Paris SMB Growth Leader — Build the Inbound Engine

Riot is seeking a Head of Small Business to build and scale our SMB acquisition engine in France from the ground up. You will define strategy, pick channels, run experiments, and ship systems that drive growth.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full funnel from acquisition to activation and retention, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate market insights into GTM improvements. Paris-based, on-site with limited remote days.
