Product lead Security & Legal Applications - F/H
About the Role
Working on the DIGITEAM Security & Legal Applications portfolio you will bring technical, functional, and methodological expertise on all digital and IT systems related topics, handling coordination between the many actors involved worldwide from Global QHSES, Security, Travel, Legal, Digital Factory, DIGITEAM teams and software providers.
As Product Lead, you will gather business requirements attached to Security & Legal domains, assess and advise on tooling & implementation options, and coordinate with DIGITEAM teams and other Business teams throughout the delivery and operation of these components.
As the Applications owner, you will oversee end‑to‑end service delivery, coordinate with the various support and maintenance teams to secure smooth and stable operations, ensure a collaborative relationship with external partners and editors contributing to the portfolio, and drive solutions’ evolutions as per DIGITEAM processes and ITIL operations standards.
As one of the key ambassadors of Security and Legal best practices, you will play a crucial role in ensuring evolutive service quality and promoting sustainability for DIGITEAM processes and infrastructures throughout the product lifecycle of your product portfolio. This role also supports our highly innovative Digital Acceleration plan and will involve integration of AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a global point of contact to gather support and monitor the Security & Legal software portfolio, ensuring that it is properly up and running.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for RUN activities on the Product portfolio perimeter, including BI and master data interfaces, incident management, product support and evolutions.
- Ensure that Security & Legal domain products and interfaces are supported in a manner that conforms to both internal and third‑party systems, while maintaining consistency with DIGITEAM standards and keeping up with evolving technologies.
- Provide guidance to business partners on business requirements and drive assessment and solution design phases in line with DIGITEAM standards and Cyber Security framework.
- Maintain functional and technical specifications to support the development process, as well as the blueprint and solution documentation for the Applications portfolio, including architecture and cybersecurity assessments.
- Ensure functional management of integration teams as well as L1, L2 and L3 support teams in an international environment.
- Maintain a close relationship with business Product owners and requesters throughout product implementations and ensure that DIGITEAM Domain Manager reporting is accurate and up to date within the Security & Legal portfolio.
- Analyze functional gaps between business needs and DIGITEAM target solutions, organize and lead tests across delivery groups, execute functional tests, and model analytics dashboards on Security & Legal domain leading indicators for different scopes and dimensions.
- Support release management and change management towards digital and sustainable practices across Security & Legal domains.
- Closely monitor market Security & Legal software trends and evolutions to anticipate any new emerging business requirements.
About You
- Master’s degree in Data, Engineering or Information Technology / Business School with IT/data oriented work experience.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in IT organizations including 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives with competing priorities worldwide and experience working with senior‑level staff.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing SAAS Applications & Vendors .
- Track record of implementations and operations involving Solutions, ETL integrations, Business intelligence and Master Data management .
- Seasoned experience running and overseeing IT Applications Operations within ITIL framework.
- English Proficiency: C1 or above (or equivalent certification).
- Client Orientation and Analytical Thinking: Understands internal client needs and concerns; responds promptly and effectively; translates strategic and tactical business needs into tangible IT solutions; analyzes issues and problems systematically.
- Digital and Technology Literacy: Demonstrates awareness of available technologies and the ability to use them effectively in the field of Data management, Business intelligence and Low‑code; well versed in current technology platforms including Microsoft Office applications.
- Data or IT oriented experience with Engineering, Construction, QHSES solutions, and/or work experience in Energies and Utilities field will be considered a plus.
- Data integrations / ETL implementations and support experience.
- Experience with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions will be considered a plus.
- Ability to handle and navigate in a complex and agile environment.
