Product Designer

We're building an AI-first workspace for consulting firms and recruitment agencies, already live with clients.

Your mission:

• Own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframes to polished UI and handoff
• Design intuitive workflows for complex use cases: candidate tracking, multi-channel outreach, AI-powered matching
• Conduct user research with our clients (recruiters, business managers) to identify pain points and opportunities
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across the platform
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Challenge product decisions with a strong UX rationale — data, heuristics, user evidence

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools
• Strong skills in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Comfortable with user research: interviews, usability testing, feedback synthesis
• Eye for detail, typography and visual consistency
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus for smooth dev collaboration
• Autonomous, opinionated but open to feedback, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Early-stage startup with fast growth and zero churn
• Design a product from scratch — no legacy, no bureaucracy, direct impact on every screen
