- Champion "Apple-esque" Simplicity: Own the usability of our platform by transforming complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging experiences across transient, group, meeting, and long‑stay journeys.
- Lead End‑to‑End Design within the Product Trio: Drive the full cycle of discovery and delivery alongside Product and Engineering, rapidly validating hypotheses to ensure every release drives both user and business value.
- Build AI‑First, Data‑Driven Experiences: Leverage generative AI, market data, and a growing repository of LLM‑based personas to build adaptive interfaces that anticipate user intent, minimize friction, and provide intelligent recommendations.
- Drive Velocity and Business Impact: Utilize funnel analytics, rapid prototyping, and customer co‑creation to accelerate time‑to‑revenue. Deliver high‑quality designs that measurably improve cross‑segment adoption, conversion rates, and time‑to‑booking.

- Design Excellence & Complexity: 6+ years of experience leading design for high‑scale B2B/B2C products. You have a proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant, "Apple-esque" user journeys through rigorous iterative testing.
- Data & Decisions: Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, iterate on designs, and drive evidence‑based product decisions.
- Execution & Velocity: Self‑organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously. You deliver production‑ready, high‑quality outputs at a high pace without compromising integrity.
- Communication & Influence: Strong storyteller with excellent English skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and advocating for the user. Experience with structured documentation (e.g., Amazon 6‑pagers) is a strong plus.
