Product Data Steward

We are looking for a Product Master Data Steward who combines strong operational rigor with curiosity for digital tools, data intelligence, and AI enabled systems.

We will own and evolve complex product datasets across ERP and CRM platforms and progressively contribute to the transformation of our Product Operations ecosystem toward more automated, intelligent, and scalable data governance.

What you will be doing

Product Master Data Ownership

• Own commercial and industrial product data in Oracle PIM/PDH and Salesforce/Apttus.
• Maintain and optimize product attributes (pricing, costing, compliance, hierarchy, configurator parameters).
• Lead mass updates, ECN-driven changes, and structured data uploads.
• Leverage data quality tools and automated checks to improve accuracy and consistency.

Product Structure & Configuration

• Understand and manage complex product structures (ATO/PTO, bundles, options, BOM logic).
• Translate product logic into system rules in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Support Oracle Configurator updates and configuration rule evolution.
• Contribute to simplification and reliability of configuration models using data analysis.

Cross-System Data Synchronization

• Ensure consistency across Oracle, Salesforce, Apttus, and internal systems.
• Monitor interfaces and investigate synchronization issues.
• Partner with IT to improve integrations and data flows.
• Participate in the adoption of intelligent monitoring and anomaly detection tools.

Data Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Perform recurring data quality checks and corrective actions.
• Support audit activities through traceable, well‑documented data changes.
• Help evolve PMDM workflows toward more automated and AI‑assisted controls.
• Contribute to data governance best practices.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Act as a data and system expert for Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT.
• Explain product data logic and impacts in a clear, structured way.
• Participate in the design of new tools, dashboards, and data processes.

What You Should Have

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations, ERP/CRM administration, PLM, Sales Ops, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead transformational projects and drive change.
• Solid understanding of product structures, configuration logic, or master data.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Apttus, or equivalents).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort working with complex datasets and system interactions.
• Genuine interest in data quality, automation, and AI‑assisted tools.
• Willingness to learn how AI can support:

• English / French C1.
