Product Designer
About Dreem Health, By Sunrise
Dreem Health is America's leading digital sleep clinic that’s fixing the broken sleep care patient journey. We connect patients with sleep specialists through a straightforward telehealth platform, eliminating lengthy wait times and complicated in‑lab testing. Our clinicians diagnose sleep disorders using home‑based tests and deliver effective treatment plans that patients can easily follow.
Dreem Health is managed by the Sunrise Group, a breakthrough technology company that’s revolutionizing sleep care with innovative diagnostic and treatment technologies, including a home sleep test that’s changing how sleep apnea is diagnosed. Together, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: helping the 1+ billion people affected by sleep disorders get the care they deserve.
Backed by Amazon’s Alexa Fund and $35 million in funding, we’re just getting started.
Your Opportunity
We’re hiring a Product Designer (Mid/Senior) to own end‑to‑end experiences across Dreem Health (our digital sleep clinic) and Sunrise (our medical device ecosystem). Your focus: turn real patient and clinician needs into clear flows, trustworthy interfaces and measurable outcomes—on web and mobile, plus the internal tools our care team uses every day.
You’ll partner closely with PM, engineering, growth, brand, ops and data to improve acquisition and retention, simplify complex clinical journeys and make our internal products self‑explanatory.
Expect fast cycles: prototype, test, ship, learn, repeat. Your design will remove friction at scale—design systems, states and content that help diverse users succeed the first time. We value pragmatism over perfection: ship the simplest version that proves value, then iterate.
If you’re a user‑centered designer who blends research, structure and craft—and you’re curious about how AI can responsibly boost clarity and speed—you’ll feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Run lean user research and light benchmarking to understand our users and their context. Define one sharp problem at a time—with clear, measurable success.
- Create seamless experiences for patients, clinicians and care ops across app, web and internal platforms. Keep it simple, self‑explanatory and accessible.
- Apply our existing brand system to create warm, medically credible visuals and reusable templates that scale.
- Maintain and evolve our tokens, components and design guidelines. Uphold clarity, accessibility (WCAG) and thoughtful defaults.
- Explore generative AI to reshape how people learn, work and manage their health.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in product design with strong UI‑UX craft and end‑to‑end problem solving (discovery → delivery).
- Language: Excellent communication in French and English; able to explain design decisions to non‑designers.
- Tools & brand application:
- Mastery of Figma; familiarity with Notion, Maze (or equivalents).
- Curiosity for generative AI and a strong desire to explore how it transforms how people learn, work and manage their health.
- Comfortable applying an existing brand system across multiple surfaces (web, apps, emails, decks, social templates…).
- Ability to support video, slides, print, motion design, illustration and campaign work is a plus.
- Other: Familiarity with acquisition and retention patterns; exposure to digital health platforms is a plus.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self‑driven, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Strategic and pragmatic—able to challenge ideas while balancing speed and quality.
- Organized, structured, eager to build strong bases.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
More than just skills, we’re looking for someone engaged and passionate about transforming sleep care with us.
