Process Engineer (M/F/X)

Procter & Gamble’s Blois plant, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day we produce over 2 million bottles of Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice® using a highly automated, cutting‑edge technology platform.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE
As a Process Engineer you will work in the operations department, either in the manufacturing or packaging areas. You will be on the field proposing technical improvement actions that drive the evolution and optimization of existing processes. In this role you act as a project manager, responsible for all technical production indicators and for delivering improvements in cost, time and quality. You lead your zone, coach technicians daily, and benefit from a comprehensive training program to develop your professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Continuous and daily improvement of production conditions: defect analysis, downtime reduction, and production optimisation.
- Start‑up and validation of new formats or production recipes and new installations.
- Validation of technological choices and definition of associated maintenance plans.
- Development of team skills through problem‑solving tools.

Job Qualifications
- Engineering or Master’s degree with a specialization in industrial, process, chemical engineering, mechanical or automation.
- Proficiency in French, English and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively and efficiently within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fresh perspectives, creativity and passion for continuous improvement.
