OUR IMPACT
Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long‑term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.
The Markets Coverage Group (MCG) is a part of the PWM Capital Markets Group, within Private Wealth Management, and provides institutional, high‑touch sales coverage and investment advice to an ultra‑high net worth client base, including family offices, private investment vehicles and select individuals. The team delivers actionable cross‑asset investment ideas, advice and execution by partnering with multiple internal stakeholders. Operational aspects such as onboarding, payment execution and reporting also fall within the team's scope, which is essential for servicing our growing EMEA client base.
YOUR IMPACT
- Leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business
- Work closely with Private Wealth Advisors and Sales teams to provide seamless transactional coverage of clients
- Serve as a client point of contact for operational requests, account queries, and all service needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute new client onboarding, including account opening and required documentation
- Maintain and update existing client accounts, including periodic reviews, standing instructions, and service requests
- Manage cash balances and private banking services in accounts
- Execute, process and reconcile trading and other investment‑related transactions
Requirements
- 1‑3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
- Candidates should have fluency in English, with a second European language desirable
- Strong client service mindset with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
- Ability to self‑direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
- Ability to form and manage stakeholder relationships with all concerned internal groups, including Compliance, Operations, Legal
- High levels of integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
- Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
