Overview

Position: Financial Modeling & Valuation ExpertType: Part-timeLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage portfolio companies by tracking performance and identifying potential risks.
• Collaborate with deal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute private credit transactions.
• Maintain and update financial models to monitor key metrics and covenant compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, partners, and co-investors.
• Track industry developments and macroeconomic trends affecting the private credit market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or similar sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
