Join our Global Legal & Compliance Team as Principal Legal & Compliance Counsel - O+O Commerce

Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:

• Shape O+O Commerce Legal Architecture: Structure and negotiate strategic partnership agreements, commercial contracts, and other frameworks with global trade partners (platforms, e-retailers...) to secure our digital and physical commerce models.
• Co-pilot Upstream Innovation: Partner early with key business teams (Commerce, CDMO, Data & AI...) to evaluate the feasibility of cutting-edge business initiatives.
• Upskill and support the Global Network: Act as the referent expert on digital platform regulations, sharing best practices and empowering L’Oréal’s global legal and compliance community.

The skills that you will need to make an impact:

• Expertise in Digital & Commercial Law: Strong knowledge of international e-commerce, digital / physical distribution, advertising, and consumer protection laws.
• Compliance & Data Governance: Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including global data privacy standards (GDPR, etc.) within digital ecosystems.
• Transversal Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional legal projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed and always‑evolving environment.
• Strategic Business Centricity: Strong business acumen and agility to translate complex legal regulations into actionable, value‑driven business strategies.
• Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to build trust, align priorities, and advise senior leadership.
