Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:
- Business Partnering: Drive the compliant deployment of cutting‑edge digital projects GenAI, immersive e‑commerce experiences...
- Complex Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate strategic commercial agreements, including global SaaS solutions, ad‑tech platforms, digital agency ecosystems, and technology partnerships.
- Regulatory Guidance: Translate tech regulations (AI Act, DSA, GDPR) into actionable business guidelines.
The skills that you will need to make an impact:
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in an international corporate legal department or a specialized law firm focusing on tech and digital matters.
- Digital & Tech Law Expertise: Master's degree in Digital, Tech, or IP Law.
- Complex Contract Negotiation: Proven track record in securing global SaaS and ad‑tech partnerships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of digital regulations (AI Act, DSA).
- Business Partnering: Ability to advise cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and French.
