As an Account Solution Engineer, you will be a key player in the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and guiding them through their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to translate business objectives into compelling, tailored solutions — delivering thought leadership and inspiring confidence at every stage of the customer experience. At Salesforce, you won't just demo technology — you'll work alongside Agentforce and AI‑powered tools to help customers reimagine what’s possible, from first discovery to signed contract.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical sales cycle through close collaboration with sales, product, and professional services teams
- Understand customer needs and develop innovative, customized demos and solution concepts for key decision‑makers that clearly demonstrate business value
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and position Salesforce products as the best solution for their unique challenges
- Participate in product training and certifications to maintain the knowledge needed to succeed in this role
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization
- Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering measurable success for customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
- Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications
- Understanding of business requirements across multiple industries and familiarity with industry‑specific solutions
- Experience evaluating and adapting to ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
