Account Solution Engineer
Location: France
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical sales cycle through close collaboration with sales, product, and professional services teams
- Understand customer needs and develop innovative, customized demos and solution concepts for key decision-makers that clearly demonstrate business value
- Convey a deep understanding of the client's industry and position Salesforce products as the best solution for their unique challenges
- Participate in product training and certifications to maintain the knowledge needed to succeed in this role
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization
- Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering measurable success for customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
- Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications
- Understanding of business requirements across multiple industries and familiarity with industry-specific solutions
- Experience evaluating and adapting to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
