The era of the static, single-prompt LLM is dead. The future belongs to autonomous, multi-agent ecosystems that can think, reason, argue, and execute complex workflows without human hand-holding.

We are looking for the master weaver. A Principal AI Agent Architect who can sit in the comfort of their own home and weave a digital tapestry of interacting neural agents. The Tapestry You Will Weave (What You’ll Do)

You won't just be writing code; you will be orchestrating a symphony of artificial minds.

• Design the Matrix: Architect and deploy highly complex, multi-agent frameworks where different LMMs (Large Multimodal Models) collaborate, delegate, and self-correct.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate raw cognitive reasoning into real-world action by integrating agentic systems with complex external APIs, databases, and enterprise environments.
• Establish the Rules of Engagement: Develop the orchestration logic that dictates how agents share memory, resolve conflicts, and maintain context over weeks-long asynchronous tasks.
• Push the Boundaries: Experiment with bleeding-edge techniques in autonomous planning, tool-use, and multi-step reasoning capabilities.

What You Bring to the Loom (Who You Are)

You are a systems thinker: You don't just understand models; you understand how models interact with other models and complex software architectures.

You speak the language: Deep, battle-tested experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI) and custom orchestration pipelines.

You are a polyglot of scale: You have a proven track record of deploying robust, scalable AI architectures in production (Python, Go, Rust—whatever gets the highest throughput).

You are provocatively brilliant: You have strong, defensible opinions on the future of AI. You know where the bottlenecks are in current agentic loops (hallucination cascades, memory degradation) and you already have ideas on how to break through them.
