Develop IXO scenarios about early literacy, numeracy and primary-classroom learning, grounding every decision in developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Design primary-level planning and assessment scenarios.
• Write reference answers explaining the instructional reasoning and relevant evidence.
• Distinguish engaging activities from activities that actually support the intended learning.
• Grade generated material against explicit criteria and explain consequential errors.
• Refine the scenario and rubric so another educator can apply the same standard.

Required experience and preparation

A teaching license or certification with a primary education endorsement, plus two years of primary teaching and depth in early literacy and numeracy. Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week are required.

Preferred experience

Structured literacy or science-of-reading training, multiple primary grades, mentoring or team leadership.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables include scenario briefs, reference responses, evaluation criteria and documented model-output reviews.

Work is remote and asynchronous; IXO will agree the scope and schedule before assignments begin.

Pay is $40 $70/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
