Press Relations Specialist

Agence Mantu is a 360-degree communication agency organized into five main divisions: Identity & Content, Media Relations & Crisis Communication, Events, B2B, and Design. Job Description

You will join the agency’s Influence team (15 people) as a Senior Press Relations Specialist , directly managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the quality of client relationships, the relevance of proposed strategies, and their operational implementation. This role combines client management, content production, and direct collaboration with the media.

We are looking for a candidate who is available to join immediately or within a one-month notice period

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice, analysis, and recommendations to clients
• Manage day-to-day client relationships: regular communication, anticipating needs, handling sensitive situations
• Develop and present media communication strategies
• Build and maintain a strong network of journalists around clients to maximize media coverage and identify opportunities
• Produce media content: press releases, press kits, key messaging documents, interview preparation
• Conduct media and sector monitoring to support strategic thinking on accounts
• Track KPIs and prepare reports
• Contribute to pitches, client retention, and development of existing accounts

Profile Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in press relations, gained in an agency, institution, or company on corporate or institutional topics
• Strong command of communication and press relations tools and techniques
• Solid media network, particularly in business, general, and trade press
• Higher education in communication, public relations, or a related field
• Fluent in French and English; an additional language is a plus
• Strong ability to defend recommendations, manage demanding clients, and work in a team
• Demonstrates rigor, excellent writing skills, and strong analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
