Presales ServiceNow Consultant

Role Overview

Accompany commercial teams in qualifying, designing, and promoting high-value-added ServiceNow solutions. Analyze client needs and animate discovery workshops. Design ServiceNow solutions adapted to business and IT challenges.

What You Will Do

Prepare and present platform demonstrations, contribute to responses to RFPs and client presentations, collaborate with ServiceNow teams, Delivery, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, consulting, or solution architecture for ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, IRM, HRSD, SPM…)
• Ability to exchange with business stakeholders, CIOs, and CEOs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and formalization skills
• Professional English
• ServiceNow certifications
• Customer service sense, team spirit, and business orientation
