Role Overview
The Business Analyst ServiceNow ITSM intervenes as a functional reference between business teams, the MOA, and ServiceNow technical teams. He contributes to the standardization of ITSM processes (Core Model), alignment with good ITIL practices, and continuous improvement of platform usage.
What You Will Do
Analyze business IT needs, define and formalize target ITSM processes, and then accompany their implementation in ServiceNow, from the framing phase to production and functional testing.

Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst ServiceNow ITSM, good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, and excellent written and oral communication are required. The role involves working in a transverse and Agile environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
Requirements
- Business needs analysis and process modeling
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes
- Writing functional deliverables (specifications, UAT, documentation)
- Animating workshops and multi-actor coordination
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Understanding of concepts: workflows, SLA, ACL, catalog items, CMDB
