Following the strategic acquisition of a cutting-edge AI platform by a global leader in legal technology, we are looking for a founding Sales Engineerto spearhead our growth in France.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will be the "boots on the ground" in Paris, working directly with the co-founder of the acquired business to disrupt the European litigation and arbitration market. You will bridge the gap between complex legal processes and next-generation AI solutions.
The Role
- Strategic Growth: Act as the primary lead for the French territory, "attacking" and expanding our footprint within elite European, US, and UK law firms.
- Product Evangelism: Deliver high-level, technical demos of our AI platform to Partners and Arbitrators, translating "tech-speak" into legal value.
- Client Strategy: Use your legal DNA to identify pain points in the hearing and litigation process, positioning our solutions as the industry standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Legal Pedigree: You must have "Legal DNA"—whether as a former Lawyer (Associate/Avocat), a Legal Engineer, or a high-level BD professional from a top-tier law firm.
- Technical Savvy: You are a tech enthusiast who can confidently lead platform demos and stay ahead of the latest AI trends.
- Bilingual Mastery: Native or professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory. German language skills are a significant bonus.
- Commercial Gravitas: You have the "presence" to influence senior stakeholders and the hunter mindset required to build a new territory from scratch.
