Role Overview

We are looking for our first Account Executive in Germany, who will take ownership of the German market. Reporting to our Head of Business Development, Pascale Rouchon, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle in the German market, from prospecting to closing, as well as account management.

To succeed, you’ll need to understand our clients and their drivers, and collaborate closely with the product team, sales ops, and marketing teams to make this launch a success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and leverage inbound leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Understand the challenges of your prospects, and build relevant go‑to‑market strategies
  • Run the full sales cycle, from outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Share insights and learnings from the German market with the internal Germany squad
  • Achieve monthly targets set by the company for your market

Profile

  • You are fluent in German
  • You have experience in sales, especially SaaS sales
  • You have a hunter mindset and aim to exceed your sales targets
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills: you listen actively and communicate with empathy, clarity, and precision
  • You are extremely rigorous and detail‑oriented
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and a taste for challenges: you thrive in demanding environments, are motivated by performance‑based incentives, and appreciate an uncapped variable compensation
  • Knowledge of the legal sector is a plus
  • Travels within France may be required
