Position Summary

The Porter/Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other common areas. The Porter/Groundskeeper also assists the maintenance team with various tasks to ensure the community remains in optimal condition for current and prospective residents. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive work ethic.\n\n
