Position Summary

The Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician is responsible for assisting with upholding the physical integrity of the community by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role plays a key part in preserving property value and enhancing resident satisfaction.
