Poland MICE Event Manager, Polish Speaker

Join Kactus’ Project Management Team and help shape the future of the corporate events industry! As an Event Project Manager , you’ll play a key role in Kactus’ international expansion and ensure our clients’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients’ event requests: handle inquiries, guide them through the booking process, and deliver an unforgettable experience from briefing and commercial follow-up to contacting suppliers, negotiating offers, and finalizing bookings.
• Build long‑term client relationships: develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction before and after the booking, turning them into loyal Kactus ambassadors within their companies.

Qualifications

• Native Polish speaker; fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Work experience in Poland required.
• Experience in the events industry, with previous professional experience in Italy, is important.
• Strong communication skills; customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Sales acumen: persuasive, negotiating, turning opportunities into success.
• Strong goal orientation: thrives on ambitious targets and always exceeds them.
• Organizational and structural skills: able to stay organized, efficiently manage multiple tasks, requests and oversee several events at once.
