The Intern will be involved in the full investment process and will assist with both acquisition, asset management and disposition duties.## WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Real estate valuation analysis & Excel cash-flow modelling
• Market research
• Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
• Assisting with legal negotiations, due diligence and execution of transactions
• Assisting with leasing and execution of works
• Drafting memoranda and presentations for internal and external use## ## ## WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Student from a leading business or engineering school
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & Power

• Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
• Ability to function in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
