Global Reward Director

Responsible for governance, policy development, and analytics for global Compensation & Benefits, supporting the Global C&B strategy. Reports to the VP Global Comp & Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks for all global compensation and benefits programs.
• Design, develop, and update global reward policies and guidelines to support business objectives and attract and retain talent.
• Ensure policies are clearly communicated, accessible, and consistently applied across the organization.
• Partner with region stakeholders to ensure policies are legally sound and effectively implemented.
• Lead development and execution of reward analytics strategies, leveraging data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Data & Analytics teams to optimize reward data infrastructure and reporting capabilities, including dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with C&B team and HR Business Partners.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance on complex reward issues, policy interpretations, and market best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably in Compensation & Benefits or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant C&B and HRIS/Data analytics experience in an international environment.
• Experience in multinational companies.
• Solid project management skills and team player.
• Analytical skills, pragmatism, curiosity.
• Ability to be both strategic and hands‑on to drive and deliver global projects.
• Effective communication, ability to interact with a range of stakeholders including senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Full‑time permanent role based in Sephora Global HQ, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris area.
