Within the Global Finance Department, you report to the Global IT, Digital & Data Controlling Manager. You will supervise a permanent Global IT Controller as well as an intern.

Manage monthly closings (IT OPEX & CAPEX):
  • Control accounting allocations across the entire scope
  • Manage and resolve closing anomalies
  • Analyze variances vs. budget and identify key drivers
  • Handle accruals and go‑lives
  • Prepare closing summary reports for Europe Middle East regional controlling, report to operational teams, and monitor IT investments in coordination with Delivery teams
Manage IT cost recharging to countries:
  • Validate and issue monthly recharges to Europe Middle East entities and other regions
  • Monitor variances in support of operational teams and coordinate with local finance teams
  • Analyze and resolve billing anomalies
Manage reclassifications and IT CAPEX tracking:
  • Analyze and allocate CAPEX recorded on generic internal orders to projects
  • Ensure compliance with capitalization rules (IAS 38)
  • Coordinate with project teams and IT Architecture teams to maintain the reclassification tool (Budget Tools)
Act as an IT business partner & financial support:
  • Support IT teams on budgetary and financial topics, analyze expenses, and assist project managers with financial monitoring
  • Build and consolidate IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Prepare forecast exercises and analyze variances
  • Report synthesis to central EME controlling
Build a new IT controlling model:
  • Following the merger of Europe Middle East controlling & Global controlling: design and manage a new Tech reporting model and a new recharge reporting including out‑of‑zone entities
  • Draft operating procedures for Global Tech: recharge flows / internal order creation / CAPEX management and steering
Don’t hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are…
  • At least 7 years of experience in controlling (ideally cost and CAPEX), monthly closing management, and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in managing complex internal recharges
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, with the ability to identify key variance drivers
  • Expertise in CAPEX analysis and allocation, with a solid understanding of capitalization rules (especially IAS 38)
  • Ability to support operational teams in their financial monitoring and investments, and to build, consolidate, and analyze their budgets and forecasts
  • Excellent command of Excel is essential; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Expertise in financial modeling and data consolidation
  • Ability to manage complex data with accuracy and meet deadlines with rigor
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of financial information and draw clear, relevant conclusions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and explain financial concepts clearly
  • Ability to take initiative and manage your responsibilities autonomously
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
