As part of the launch and development of Honest Greens in France, we are looking for an People Specialist to support the structuring of teams and HR processes.
You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our restaurant teams, working closely with restaurant managers and the international People Team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent:
- Manage the full recruitment process for restaurants in France: job postings, application screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Work closely with managers to anticipate recruitment needs and support team growth.
- Ensure a smooth, human, and values-driven candidate experience aligned with Honest Greens’ culture.
Operational HR & Team Support:
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Handle daily HR inquiries (contracts, absences, leave, work organization).
- Contribute to tracking HR KPIs: absenteeism, turnover, seniority.
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes in France, in coordination with international teams.
Employer Branding & Cross-functional Projects:
- Contribute to the development and visibility of the Honest Greens employer brand in France.
- Take part in cross-functional HR projects depending on business needs and growth phases.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and the capacity to connect with diverse profiles.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize in a fast-growing environment.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with HR metrics.
- Native or fluent French; English or Spanish required .
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food service, and healthy eating.
