Hotel Manager - Summer Season 2026

A Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing a team, maintaining high service standards, optimizing performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your impact

• Oversee and coordinate operations day to day in the hotel, outside terrace on the slopes, snackbar and restaurant.
• Track stock levels of food and drinks, supplies and equipment and oversee ordering necessary items.
• Create planning for team of hospitality heroes, assist with recruitment, and manage the team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service according to company operating procedures.
• Attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage purchases, relations with suppliers and follow up invoicing.
