People engagement & Development Director

Your Mission

The People Engagement and Development Director will lead the global people engagement and learning strategy in line with Chloé history, values, Maison ambitions, and growth. He/she will ensure our talents engagement and retention through a differentiating and immersive employee journey. He/she will report to the Chief People Officer.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Develop a global engagement and learning strategy for our people including HQ, regions, and retail.
• Define and monitor the budget accordingly.
• Monitor regular employee satisfaction surveys and define appropriate action plans.
• Promote a differentiating and inclusive culture based on Chloé’s history and values.
• Create an immersive employee journey from onboarding to community animations, peer learning, and individual development plans.
• Manage all communications channels incl. LMS, Intranet, LinkedIn.
• Ensure that our leaders are equipped to face the Maison business challenges and unveil our people’s creativity and utmost potential.
• Design individual development paths for our talents.
• Organise internal events.
• Collaborate closely and engage stakeholders globally: leaders, retail teams, regional HR.

How Will You Experience Success With Us?

• University Master’s degree level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience of learning or internal communication in a dynamic, creative and international environment.
• Strong exposure to matrix and multicultural organizations.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
• Deep expertise in employee engagement, learning and development, and change management.
• Strong sensitivity to brand culture.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to inspire and mobilise teams.
• Agility and business acumen.
• Creative mindset and aesthetic sensitivity.
