People & Culture Partner: M&A Integration Lead (Temp)

KAROS in Paris is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner on a temporary basis to support an exciting acquisition and seamless day-to-day HR operations across the integration.

You will partner with the C-suite and People team to drive change management, align culture with company values, advise managers on employee relations and performance, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, international environment. Fluent English and French are required.
