People & Culture Business Partner (fixed term contract or freelance) - W/M/X

To support Karos during an exciting acquisition and integration project, we’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join us on a temporary basis.

Alongside the Chief HR Officer, this is a hands-on, business-facing HR role combining HR generalist responsibilities, culture & employee experience, and change management in a fast-paced international environment.

The role:

• Support the integration of a newly acquired company, ensuring a smooth employee experience and seamless day to day HR operations & employee lifecycle.
• Drive change management initiatives and help foster a shared company culture.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, organizational changes and HR best practices.
• Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives throughout the integration process.
• Align team goals with company values, focusing on coaching leaders, managing performance, and shaping workplace culture
• Support HR projects related to organization design, policies, onboarding and harmonization of HR practices.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team and People team to ensure a successful integration.

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-growing company.
• Previous experience supporting organizational change, transformation or M&A integration projects.
• Strong business partnering mindset with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic, autonomous and very hands-on approach.
• Comfortable operating in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
