Compensation
Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service. Estimated Remuneration: As a pediatrician in Vernon, you will earn between $300,000 and $400,000 when working full‑time hours, thanks to the fee‑for‑service model and MOCAP level 1. Physician overhead is minimal, allowing you to pursue passion projects.
Benefits and Incentives
Vacation Leave: Flexible scheduling ensures ample time to recharge and unwind.
Relocation Funding: $9,000 maximum for relocation within BC; $12,000 maximum within Canada; $15,000 maximum from outside Canada.
Other Benefits/Incentives: Incentives are subject to change; specific rates will be confirmed at the time of the offer.
