We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join on a 6-month contract basis in Paris. This role requires strong knowledge of French payroll legislation, CBAs, and compliance, as well as experience working in multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll mergers and employee transitions.
• Manage the deregistration of France entities.
• Administer France CBAs, leaver processes, and redundancies.
• Handle sickness (long- and short-term), RTT, vacation, and holiday payments.
• Process WoCo payments and settlement agreement payments.
• Administer training taxes and other payroll-related taxes.
• Manage company cars, private health insurance, and supplementary pensions.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and resolve employee payroll queries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with local authorities in France.

Requirements

• Proven experience in French payroll processing and compliance.
• Strong understanding of French employment law and payroll regulations.
• Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (3 days in office).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
