Payroll Administrator – Fixed-term Contract

Responsibilities
- Payroll processing (core responsibility) – using ADP
- Collect, enter and verify variable payroll elements
- Produce pay slips according to the payroll calendar
- Verify and secure payroll calculations (contributions, bonuses, absences, statutory sick pay (IJSS), adjustments, etc.)
- Investigate and resolve anomalies and discrepancies identified during checks
- Manage payroll adjustments (arrears, overpayments, corrections)
- Perform routine configuration in ADP (record creation, updates, simple contractual changes)
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data in ADP
- Prepare, review and submit monthly and event-driven DSNs
- Monitor DSN responses and handle anomalies
- Manage exchanges with URSSAF, pension and provident funds if necessary
- Participate in monthly and annual payroll closings
- Perform regular payroll consistency checks
- Generate payroll reports and extracts for the Finance team (charges, provisions, etc.)
- Document payroll processes and control points
Requirements
- Diploma (Bac+2/3) in Payroll, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in ADP Decidium required
- Experience in an IT services company (ESN) / multi-company environment is a plus
