Overview

  • Prepare and monitor indicators: dashboards, payroll costs, hires/terminations
  • Complete DPAE forms and prepare employment contracts and amendments
  • Submit DSN filings
  • Process payrolls in compliance with social and contractual legislation
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of changes in legislation
  • Collect and process payroll variables and verify consistency
  • Keep up-to-date the documents required by legal and regulatory provisions
  • Handle items destined for external agencies: URSSAF, Pôle emploi, pension funds

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Payroll or a related field preferred (Bac+3 equivalent)
  • More than 3 years\' experience in a payroll department
  • Comfortable communicating with various teams both remotely and on-site
  • Rigorous, organized and eager to work in a team
