Swan is building and operating the banking products and platform for money movements across Swan’s financial products. The Payment Operations Efficiency & AI Automation role focuses on AI-powered improvements and safer automation within a regulated payments environment.

You will lead discovery, design AI agents, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Data, Tech, and Security to deliver measurable efficiency gains while maintaining strong controls.
