AI-Driven Payment Operations Specialist

Swan is seeking a Payment Operations Efficiency & AI Automation professional in Paris to lead discovery, design and scale AI-enabled improvements across the payment operations function.

You will partner with product, data, engineering and compliance to identify pain points, test AI agents, and drive automation while maintaining controls in a regulated payments environment. 2+ years of experience in ops or fintech is expected.
