Job Description
The Payment Group at Swan leverages industry knowledge, payments expertise, and general insight to build and operate the API-based banking products and the platform that power cash collection, cash storage, and money movements for all Swan financial products.
The Payment Product Manager leads the strategy and roadmap for a key area of our payment banking product. They develop scalable, high-impact solutions within our payment platform by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and financial providers.
Main tasks:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Swan’s Card Issuing & Credit product line, driving its growth and success.
- Build scalable, high-impact solutions by translating industry requirements into innovative product features.
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and financial partners to deliver value.
- Improve the end-to-end card issuing experience, from ordering to daily usage, ensuring a seamless journey.
- Lead the development of new credit products and services, supporting Swan’s expansion in this area.
- Launch innovative, value-added services that differentiate Swan’s card offering in the European market.
- Track and analyze product adoption and performance, iterating to maximize customer impact and scalability.
Preferred Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in Product Management with end-to-end lifecycle management from discovery to release, or relevant experience as an operations/technical account manager in the Fintech/neo-banking industry.
