Qonto is Europe's leading finance workspace with banking at its core, supporting SMEs across 8 countries. This role is for a Partnerships Growth Operations Specialist who will build and automate the partnership funnel, turning the partnerships channel into a high‑performing acquisition engine. The role reports directly to Alexandre Laloo, Head of Growth Operations. What You'll Do

Automate the partnerships funnel: identify, design, and ship internal solutions that eliminate manual workflows across the partner management lifecycle. Diagnose the biggest inefficiencies in the partnerships channel and craft solutions that maximise value while minimising operational cost. Take full ownership of the partnerships roadmap, working autonomously with sales, marketing, product managers, country managers, and senior leadership. Drive cross‑functional delivery: align stakeholders, unblock dependencies, and deliver results across Engineering, Ops, and Business teams. Build hands‑on POCs, manipulate data, create AI agents, and work side‑by‑side with partnerships managers; you ship, not just spec.

What We're Looking For

Growth and technical background: 5+ years in growth‑focused roles with real technical acumen; comfortable building solutions such as SQL pipelines, automation tools, and AI agents. Product‑manager mindset: research the true roots of a problem before jumping to solutions; customer‑focused, data‑driven, methodical. Cross‑functional leadership: proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders at different seniority levels. Problem‑solving over process: identify what matters most, design scalable solutions that balance impact with constraints. Builder mentality: seek out information, ask questions across the organisation, and spot opportunities others miss; write the brief yourself rather than waiting for one.
