AI-Driven Partnerships Growth Specialist

Qonto is seeking a Partnerships Growth Ops to turn its partnership channel into a scalable, high-performing acquisition engine. You will report to Alexandre Laloo, Head of Growth Operations, and work across sales, marketing, PMs, country managers, and leadership to drive growth.

You will automate funnels, diagnose inefficiencies, own roadmaps, and deliver cross-functional projects with Engineering, Ops, and Business teams, while building hands-on with data and AI agents.
