What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with partners to identify their unique business challenges and design customized solutions using Elastic's technology stack.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to educate partners on Elastic's products, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the deployment process and beyond.
• Work with internal teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment on partner needs and feedback.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for partner solutions, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and best practice recommendations.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to help optimize their use of Elastic's solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and demonstrations, to showcase the value of Elastic's offerings to potential partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position Elastic’s solutions in the market.
• Contribute to the development of partner enablement programs, including training materials and resources, to enhance partner capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment by sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and partners alike.
• Lead initiatives to gather feedback from partners and relay it to the product development team to influence future product enhancements.
• Represent Elastic at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential partners and showcasing our solutions to a broader audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a solution architect or similar role, ideally within the technology or software industry, with a focus on partner engagement.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and search technologies, particularly within the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner engagements and industry events, as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with partners in a technology ecosystem, particularly in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with API integrations.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, as well as experience in creating compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to data management and storage.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
