Partner Manager - Paris

We are seeking to hire a Partnership Director to be based in our Paris Office. The Partnership Director will acquire, develop and grow our Partner Network with world‑class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage day‑to‑day relationships between Insider One and its strategic alliance partners, drive alliance partner sales, and build the alliance partners’ digital optimization practice.

What You Will Need

• Solid experience with partner/agency development and management
• Previous leadership experience working with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
• High level of business acumen
• Fluent understanding of SaaS business models
• Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers
• Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
• Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to succeed working cross‑functionally with direct sales, marketing, and the partner success team

What You Will Do

• Work with Insider One global offices to continually improve partnership practice, grow partner portfolio, create go‑to‑market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage partnership growth
• Manage pipeline and generate leads for Insider One global offices and for the Partner Network
• Support the Partnership Manager in the partner onboarding process and update them about the partnership processes of global offices
• Develop success plans to ensure agency‑wide adoption and expansion of Insider One to partners’ end clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider One: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success
• Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider One Partner Programme
• Become an expert on the Insider One platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product roadmap, and company vision
• Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, get updates, satisfy needs, and manage deployment of the Insider One Partner Programme
