Paris - Workday Project Manager

## **Description**This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to Cloud-based services. This role will need your skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration.## ## Key Responsibilities## End-to-End Workday Project Leadership

• Lead full-cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology.
• Define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting, and technical streams.## Financial Ownership & Hours Control
• Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin).
• Ensure delivery within estimated hours and proactively manage change requests.
• Monitor time reporting accuracy and effort consumption by module/workstream.## ## Risk & Issue Management
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure structured escalation paths and proactive resolution.
• Maintain transparency with both client and internal leadership.## Stakeholder & Executive Communication
• Lead steering committees and executive governance forums.
• Provide concise, structured, and data-driven reporting.
• Ensure alignment across workstreams to prevent siloed delivery.## Team Leadership & Accountability
• Lead cross-functional Workday teams.
• Define ownership, deadlines, and accountability clearly.
• Foster collaboration and delivery discipline.## ## Delivery Excellence & Standards
• Apply BNB delivery framework and Workday best practices consistently.
• Ensure structured documentation, sign-offs, and project closure processes.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.### ## **Required Qualifications**
• Proven experience as Project Manager in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional projects.
• Strong financial control and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up discipline.* **Fluent French and English (required).**
• Willingness to travel when required.## ## **Preferred Qualifications**
• Previous experience in Workday implementations (highly valued).
• Experience managing **HCM implementation projects** (strongly valued).
• Experience in cloud ERP/HCM implementations (SAP, Oracle, Success

Factors, Dynamics, etc.).

• Experience managing international or multi-country programs.
• Additional languages (French, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
