Paris-Based Grants & Funding Agreements Lead

UNESCO in Paris is seeking an experienced specialist to lead the review of donor funding agreements and provide guidance on funding arrangements across the Organization.

The role will backstop project officers at Headquarters and Field Offices, manage signature delegation, and help update grant management policies, ensuring compliance with donors’ requirements and UNESCO regulations. Fluency in English or French and knowledge of another UNESCO language is desirable.
