Head of Department, Institutional Funding Support

• Join the International Partnerships Directorate (DPI)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the funding strategy
• Manage a team responsible for developing and diversifying the organisation's funding sources
• Ensure contractual compliance and accountability of projects
• Lead the department's day-to-day activities and set staff objectives
• Ensure the compliance of donor-submitted documents
• Coordinate collaboration on cross-cutting projects
• Oversee the department's budget

Requirements

• University degree or higher
• Proven financial skills
• Significant professional experience in designing and managing complex projects with institutional donors
• Comfortable managing donor procedures and accountability frameworks
• Strong knowledge of financial management, audits and budgetary control
• Ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally
• A strong commitment to international solidarity issues
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Spanish or Arabic is a plus
