Paralegal / Assistant(e) Juridique (France - Paris)

Missions:

• Support the contract lifecycle process, including filing, tracking, and maintaining records and templates in the contract management system
• Maintain and update legal databases, tracking tools and document management system
• Ensure accurate updating and monitoring of legal trackers
• Maintain and update compliance and legal tools, including the e-training platform and legal e-repository
• Assist with compliance processes and submissions, including sanctions screening, anti-gift policy monitoring, and sunshine regulations, notably through the use of dedicated e-tools.
• Provide administrative support to ensure that legal references are accurately included on documents and brochures
• Help organize internal legal processes and maintain corporate and legal records
• Provide assistance in various legal workflows
• Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate filings
• Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document legalization
• Support the tracking and reporting of compliance training activities delivered either online or offline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar paralegal role (in-house or law firm)
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management toolsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
