Paid UA Lead — Mobile App Growth (Remote)

Replika is seeking a hands‑on Paid Acquisition lead to own the end‑to‑end paid growth for our consumer app. You will manage Meta, TikTok, Google campaigns, and the creative testing loop, driving profitable installs and subscriptions.

You’ll own CAC, ROAS, and payback, while collaborating with product and the CEO to improve landing pages and onboarding. You’ll ship fast, test weekly, and rely on data to defend every metric.
